All Storm Solutions provides an unprecedented compensation package for our industry. Training is provided at all levels. We W-2 rather than 1099 our employees so they are eligible for unemployment if you are a seasonal employee. We offer bonuses and many other incentives. We are based in the suburbs of Chicago, however you are not required to come into our office on a frequent basis. We try to assign territories near your residence as much as possible. Part-time employment schedules are also considered. We currently have two available positions within our organization.

Claims Specialist

This is an entry-level position with our company and extensive training is provided. The primary function of this position is to create the opportunity for our Homeowner Advocates to assist Homeowners when they require exterior work done to their home. Territories will be assigned for direct contact with Homeowners, as well as Internet and phone leads. All personal referrals go directly to the Claims Specialist. Claims Specialists are our representation to the community and must look and act in a professional manner. Uniform shirts and vehicle markers will be provided.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • Background in sales preferred
  • Strong communication skills with outgoing personality
  • Background in construction industry is a plus
  • Responsible to receiving payments from Homeowners and managing all aspects of the billing and paperwork filing
  • Driving to and from locations is part of this position and a working vehicle is required
  • You will explain our business processes to the homeowners, assist in the process of filing a claim if it is an insurance project, and you will be the go to person for all involved during the construction project

Homeowner Advocate

The Homeowner Advocate's primary function is to advocate for the homeowner when they are filing an insurance claim due to exterior property damage. Uniform shirts and vehicle markers will be provided. This position has multiple levels of responsibility and compensation.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • 3+ years of experience in our industry
  • Background in construction management
  • Must have working knowledge of exterior home construction and be able to evaluate and substantiate the damage to an insurance adjuster
  • Prepare estimates for insurance companies
  • Must be able to measure up a home
  • Must own and computer and know the basic functions
  • Assist with the team of Claims Specialists and help to develop their own territory
  • Must have customer service skills
  • Driving to and from locations is part of this position and a working vehicle is required. Vehicle has to be big enough to fit a ladder, as that is an integral part of the position
