  • We are a service company providing quality materials and craftsmanship to homeowners and commercial property owners when their property has been damaged due to storms, or when they require replacement of roofing, siding, gutters or fascia and soffits. Our management has over 20 years experience in our industry. We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service to our property owners by explaining the insurance and estimation process, and assisting them through the sometimes confusing details. We offer a five year craftsmanship warranty and will provide follow up services to property owners without question for that warranty period. Integrity is key in all we do.
  • We provide storm repair and replacement services for residential and commercial properties of roofing, siding, gutters, fascia, soffits and wraps. We also offer retail estimates and installations for these products as well as windows for residential and commercial properties.
  • We are open all year long to service our clients in their accounting and service needs. Most of the construction for our property owners occurs from April until November so we have extended hours during that timeframe. Representatives will work scheduled hours to meet the needs of their property owners and as scheduled by their immediate supervisor. Office hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday.
  • We are based out of Naperville and service all surrounding cities in the Chicago area. Our teams of Claim Specialist, Homeowner Advocates and Installers will service communities in the Chicagoland area into central Illinois, and in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. Personal referrals from past customers, family and friends will be given a discount of 10% off the cost of their project.
  • When storms hit an area, property owners need to have their properties repaired in a timely manner and to city code. Many "Storm Chasers" tour the country for storms and don't follow the permitting or codes needed in a municipality. Often property owners are left with a mess. We provide excellent quality products and craftsmanship and follow the municipality's requirements for permitting and codes. We also are well versed on the insurance payment process and any paperwork that may also have to be approved by the mortgage holder. Many insurance companies and agents defer the property owner in filing a claim and they become intimidated by them and the adjusters that represent the insurance company. We meet with the adjuster in our property owner's best interest knowing industry standards to consider a claim, and work with the adjuster to have your claim covered completely. We are respected by the insurance carriers in these areas and have worked successfully with their adjusters.
  • We have been doing this successfully for years and we do what we say we will do, and do not cut corners or avoid following the guidelines of the insurance companies or municipalities. Our job is to work in the best interest of the property owner at all times, and we do this throughout the project. The process is part of the training we provide our teams and management is available readily to assist our teams and property owners as needed.
  • The industry standards for storm repairs could be improved upon, therefore our company was formed. "Storm Chasers" from other parts of the country show up out of nowhere and disappear to the same. Property owners are sometimes left with an inferior project installation, and no recourse for repair or correction. Local competition has been known to treat property owners and representatives in a similar manner. Our management has a business background as well as industry background and we have combined the two into a professionally operated company that services both property owners, and those that represent our company in an ethical manner.
